Group Timetable



Strength Sessions. Bringing workshop feels to classes; these sessions will predominately focus on compound lifts, low reps and heavy weights. Fully programmed each week. If you’re looking to increase your main lifts then this is for you. Testing every 6-8 weeks.


Conditioning Sessions. Our partner circuits pack a punch! You will utilise barbells, free weights and body weight exercises aimed at optimising strength, fitness, stability and core.


Cardio Sessions. Come and get the blood pumping! Combinations of boxing, and assisted interval training designed to test your limits and heartrate!


Mobility Component. Full body mobility warm up to stretch, lengthen and mobilise your whole body.


NEW! AMRAP Sessions. Not for the faint hearted! Come and test your fitness levels weekly with our rounds for time challenges! Bring a sweat towel, plenty of water and your warrior attitude. You’ll need them all.

Our strength-based group training sessions include a wide variety of weight training. Whether you like your big lifts, versatile HIIT, or endurance; we’ve got you covered every day of the week!
