MOCHA CHEESECAKE SMOOTHIE

 
Healthy Smoothie
 

Ingredients

1 serve choc protein powder
70g Chobani no fat yogurt
30g low fat cottage cheese
125ml unsweetened almond milk
100ml coconut water
5g cacao powder
1 tsp instant coffee (optional, or decaf!)
1 tsp nut butter, I like peanut!
3 ice cubes

Method

Throw it all in the blender and buzz on high till combined!
Perfect for a busy morning high protein breakfast, snack, post workout or desert!
