1 tbsp. nut butter
20g shredded coconut
2 serves of protein powder
1 tsp cacao powder
Water to assist consistency.
Soak dates in boiling water for 1 minute.
Remover water and add to food processor.
Blend dates on high for 5-10 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients, blend on high till combined.
Check consistency, will appear powdery and dry.
Add 2 tbsp. water at a time.
Blend and repeat until constancy is sticky and firm.
Roll in a rectangle, cut into 6 squares, roll balls.
Roll a little extra cacao/coconut for decoration.
Makes 6! (1 serve is 2 balls)
Will last in the fridge for a week in an air tight container or make in bulk and freeze!
